A blend of salt, pepper, sichuan flower pepper, birds eye chillies and smoked bhut jolokia flake. This is fantastic as a dry rub on meats, a seasoning after cooking, used over a pizza, mixed through pasta or noodles, or just on your cheese on toast.

We can’t live without this chilli grater and it’s chilli flakes. It got a bit blocked after about 10 years so we urgently need another one. No better chilli to go in then from ‘the chilli jam man ’ too

This is my favourite store cupboard ingredient. Like stuff hotter than you’re kids no problem , add this to yours after cooking. Excellent in Sandwich’s , Soups. Get a pizza / curry etc and its not spicy enough this does the job. Can even make something like Fish fingers and chips tasty. Excellent with cheese. Like spice Buy this !
