This is my favourite and very much made for my own palate! This contains the best Ghost pepper flake and Chipotle I can find. Amazing mixed with mayo or melted cheese, or try adding a spoonful into a chilli to give it a gorgeous smoky kick – it goes with everything!
This chilli jam is used to make our award-winning Hot Rib Tickler BBQ Sauce.

We have a flat rate delivery charge of £4 within the UK; orders over £30 come with free delivery. Shipping for overseas deliveries is available, please contact us for a quote.
Small orders under 2kg are sent through Royal Mail 48, which usually takes around 2-3 working days, but at Christmas this can be much longer. Tracking information for your parcel is sent in the ‘Your Order Is Completed’ email. Orders over 2kg are sent via Parcel Force, who aim to deliver within 24 hours. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.

One of the best food finds ever, and an essential purchase whenever I’m back in the UK!
This Jam has a wonderful sweet, smokey spiciness; the flavours are really well balanced.
Livens up any pizza, great mixed through pasta for a bit of a kick, and I find it harmonises well with fish (smoked trout anyone? no…? :-D).
The heat is a real slow burner, and lingers long after you’ve finished eating, in a really pleasant way.
Can’t recommend highly enough!
